About AUJFC

We are proud of our club and our heritage

Ashburton United Junior Football Club (AUJFC) was established in 1971 and is the largest junior football club in the Yarra JFL. We have three grounds, two at Burwood Reserve, Glen Iris and one at Ferndale Park, Glen Iris.

Many of our players have made it to AFL senior level such as Jack Viney, Toby Greene, Jordan De Goey, Luke Ball, Tom Mitchell, Josh Kennedy (Syd), Patrick Ambrose, Nick Smith, James Toohey and Tendai Mzungu.

Eliza McNamara became our first ever AFLW player and is currently listed with the Melbourne Demons. More recently Jaz Fleming was drafted to the Hawthorn Hawks in 2022.

We want to help you become the next AFL recruit!

Getting started

Our three Auskick centres are based at Burwood Reserve on Warrigal Road, Watson's Park on Munro Avenue Ashburton and Nettleton Park, Glen Iris.
